To enable the school to understand the child's strong and weak points and special need, if any, an assessment
of child's academic and non - academic potential will be done and discussed with parents for better understanding
between parents and school for child's smooth development.
Students reporting for admission should come along with father/guardian. The person, who will be executing
the admission documents, should invariably be present in the School alongwith the students. He should furnish the
following documents on the day of admission:-
(a) School Leaving Certificate issued by a recognized School duly countersigned by the respective District
(b) Original Birth Certificate/Transfer Certificate as per details given below :-
I. Students who have previously attended Schools recognized by the State Board will furnish the
Date of Birth indicated in the Transfer Certificate issued by the School duly countersigned by the
District Education Officer.
II. Students who have not attended any recognized School, an extract from the Registrar of Births
maintained by Municipal Committee/ Board/Corporation.
(c) Four passport size photographs of the students.
(d) One Passport size photograph of the father/Guardian.
(e) Progress report card of the student of previous class.
(f) Medical Fitness Certificate of the Candidate.
(g) Indemnity Bond.
Admission will only be confirmed on submitting the required documents. On completion of admission
formalities, child will be given an given an Enrollment number.
